Program Description

RadioDifferently LLC uses SMS messaging to communicate with clients and customers regarding business and account matters.

Messages may include:

• Advertising production reminders
• Voiceover or material requests
• Commercial and creative approval requests
• Campaign scheduling information
• Campaign deadlines
• Account notifications
• Customer-service communications
• Other communications related to services you have requested from RadioDifferently LLC

This is a low-volume customer-care and account-notification messaging program.

Consent

You will receive SMS messages from RadioDifferently LLC only after providing your mobile telephone number and consenting to receive text messages.

Consent may be provided through an online or written form, by replying to an invitation to opt in, or through another documented consent process.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based upon your account activity, advertising campaign, production requirements, deadlines, and communications with RadioDifferently LLC.

This is not a recurring daily messaging program. Messages are generally sent when relevant to an active business relationship or advertising campaign.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless service plan.

RadioDifferently LLC does not charge an additional fee specifically for receiving our SMS messages.

Opting Out

You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time.

to any RadioDifferently LLC SMS message.

After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, we will not send additional SMS messages through that messaging program unless you later opt in again.

Other commonly recognized opt-out requests may also be honored.

Rejoining

If you previously opted out and wish to receive SMS messages again, you may opt in again through the same method by which you originally subscribed or by contacting RadioDifferently LLC.

Supported Carriers

You represent that you are authorized to use the mobile telephone number you provide to RadioDifferently LLC.

If you change, transfer, or discontinue your telephone number, you should notify us so we can update our records.
